MOM'S CHEESE TARTS 
These make great Christmas or Valentine's treats!

1 lb. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 can cherry pie filling

Cream cheese until smooth, beat in eggs, sugar, vanilla.

In tassy pans -- paper-lined -- press 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs that have been mixed with butter. Top with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes until set. Cool. Top with pie filling. Chill. Keep refrigerated. Yield: 48.

NOTE: I kept on mixing graham cracker crumbs and butter and making more tassies. Yield may not be accurate.
