CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1 tsp. cherry juice
3 tbsp. paraffin
1/2 box confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. + 1/2 tsp. cream
2 pkgs. German sweet chocolate

Mix all ingredients except cherries and roll into balls. Flatten and place a cherry in the center. Shape into ball again. Set aside. Melt chocolate and paraffin over double boiler. Dip each ball in chocolate. Set on cookie sheet to dry, chill. Enjoy.
