BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
Green or red pepper slices

Cook sausage in medium skillet until brown; drain. Place rolls in greased pizza pan; press to form pizza dough. Bake at 375 degrees on lower oven rack 5 minutes. (Will be puffy when removed.) Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheeses. Combine egg and next 3 ingredients. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees on lower rack for 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with green or red pepper slices, if desired.
