OLE' SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce (Romaine or Bibb)
2 med. tomatoes
1 (7 oz.) can green chilies
2 c. cooked kidney beans (red)
1 (7 oz.) can diced olives
1 c. grated cheese (Monterey or Cheddar)
1 avocado, diced
You can add other salad vegetables of your choice

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. chili sauce (optional)
2 tbsp. Italian dressing
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1 (9 oz.) bag tortilla chips

Chop lettuce, tomatoes, choice vegetables and mix well with the other 5 ingredients. Add dressing and chips right before serving.
