HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 stick butter, softened at room temperature
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey's syrup
1 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Add flour and chocolate syrup alternately. Bake in long pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inch at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. canned milk
1/2 c. chocolate chip morsels

Bring sugar, milk, and butter to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Add chocolate chips. Let melt and pour over hot cake.
