EASY STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 deep dish pie crust (baked)
1 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water
4 tbsp. strawberry Jello
2 c. sliced strawberries

Mix and cook sugar, cornstarch and water on medium heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Add 4 tablespoons strawberry Jello. Stir to dissolve and let cool. Then add 2 cups sliced strawberries. Pour into baked crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
