SOUR CREAM CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1 stick butter
20 Ritz crackers
1 pkg. egg noodles

Boil and debone chicken. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix sour cream, soup, milk and poppy seed. Cook one small package noodles and put in the bottom of large casserole dish. Put chicken on top of noodles. Put sour cream and soup mixture over chicken and noodles. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Pour melted butter over mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
