ONE-PAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. cold water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients into ungreased 8 inch square cake pan. Make 3 craters in this dry mountain. Into 1 put vinegar, into another put vanilla, into the 3rd pour vegetable oil. Pour water over everything. Stir until smooth, not neglecting the corners. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cool, frost with favorite chocolate frosting for a double treat. Wonderfully moist cake that is almost as easy as a mix and so much better. A good recipe for beginning bakers in your family.
