LASAGNE 
2 lbs. ground beef
32 oz. spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
24 oz. cottage or Ricotta cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 lbs. grated Mozzarella cheese
12 lasagna noodles
4 oz. red wine (optional)
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Oregano
4 garlic cloves, chopped

Boil noodles according to package directions. Add chopped garlic to ground beef. Brown and drain fat. Add jar of spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, and wine to ground beef. Add Italian seasoning and oregano to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon). Cook for 10 minutes. Mix together cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan, eggs, parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, tomato sauce, and Mozzarella. Repeat. Sprinkle top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
