PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 egg, beaten
1 can zesty tomato soup
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. long grain rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine egg, 1/4 cup soup. Stir in uncooked rice, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add beef. Mix well. Shape into balls and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining soup with Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup water. Pour over meatballs. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 15 minutes more.
