1 box lemon cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
3 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) container Dream Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix together cake mix, mandarin oranges and juice, eggs, and oil. Beat 3 minutes and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven or until done. Combine topping ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
