IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Angel flake coconut

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla, and blend well. Beat on low speed. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle coconut over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
