LASAGNA 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 to 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. cottage cheese

Cook ground beef until lightly browned. Place over bowl to collect drippings. Add spaghetti sauce, water, and Italian seasoning to cooked meat. In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Put in layer of cooked lasagna noodles. Add sauces and ground beef to lasagna. Make another layer and add to rest of the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
