PORK CHOPS RISOTTO 
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. each chopped onion and green pepper
15 oz. jar Hunt's Prima sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. Italian herb seasonings

In large skillet, brown pork chops 5 minutes on each side in butter, remove and reserve. Add rice, onion and green pepper; saute until rice is golden. Stir in Hunt's Prima salsa, water and 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil, stirring. Arrange browned chops in rice mixture. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings. Cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese. Makes 5 servings.
