R.'S PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops
Seasoned salt
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 env. brown gravy mix

Coat pork chops with a dash of season salt and roll in Italian bread crumbs. Brown pork chops in small amount of butter. Remove from pan. Saute onions and mushrooms in remainder of butter.

Stir in brown gravy mix and water per mix directions. Return pork chops to pan. Simmer and cover until tender about 45 minutes.
