4 (10 count) cans biscuits 2 tsp. cinnamon Nuts, raisins, or fruit filling (optional) 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 1/2 c. sugar Open 2 cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Roll biscuit pieces in this mixture and place them in a greased Bundt pan or a 9x13-inch cake pan. Melt the butter and add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 3/4 cup sugar, stirring well to blend. Pour half of this over the biscuit pieces in the pan. Repeat with the other two can of biscuits, pouring second half of butter mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Nuts or raisins may be sprinkled in as biscuit pieces are place in pan, or a layer of fruit filling may be placed between the two sections of biscuit pieces. |
