POLISH NOODLES 
2 lbs. fine dry noodles
1 lg. head green cabbage, chopped 1/2x1/2 inch size
2 lg. Spanish onions, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil OR 1/2 c. butter
Salt and pepper OR Mrs. Dash

Boil noodles as package instructions; drain; in large skillet, add oil, onion, cabbage; saute until just tender; salt and pepper to taste. Toss in noodles, serve hot. Serves about 10 people, great for pot lucks, very good!
