BREAD-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
12 thin slices bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. Black Diamond cheese
2 c. cubed ham

De-crust bread and butter each slice. Butter pan or casserole. Line bottom of pan with layer of bread (fit and cut to fill). Grate 1/2 package cheese on each bread layer then 2 cups ham over cheese layer. Add 2nd layer of bread and grated cheese. Beat eggs and seasonings, stir in milk. Pour in casserole or pan. MUST stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees before serving. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. (Cover with waxed paper while in refrigerator so it won't crust over.)
