CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained, broken into pieces
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt, pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
2 to 2 1/2 c. diced meat
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter. Blend flour in gradually, stir in broth. Add milk, stir constantly over low heat until mixture thickens. Add seasonings and meat. Mix with spaghetti. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
