PERFECT PEPPERED STEAK 
1 pkg. round steak, cut in cubes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
2 c. HOT water
1 sm. green pepper, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. HOT water

Brown steak using small amount of Crisco. Add onion soup mix and 2 cups hot water. Mix together and simmer 30-35 minutes. Add peppers and cook 10 minutes longer. Mix together cornstarch and 1/2 cup hot water. Stir into meat. Serve with rice.
