MARBLE CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
16 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
Graham cracker crumbs
butter
1 oz. melted chocolate

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease springform pan and press graham cracker crumbs into bottom and 1 quarter upsides. Soften cream cheese and then cream (low speed). Slowly add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Fold in sour cream. Pour into pan; add chocolate and marbelize.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn off oven. Let cool in oven for 1 hour and then refrigerate.
