CHICKEN ITALIAN IN FOIL 
2 lg. potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 green pepper, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
4 boneless chicken breast
Salad oil
4 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/8 inch slices and place in 18 x 12 inch double layer of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with a little salt. Add peppers and tomatoes. Lay chicken breast on top of vegetables and brush with salad oil. Mix catsup, oregano and butter. Pour over chicken. Wrap foil securely around chicken and vegetables and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
