CHICKEN ITALIAN IN FOIL 
2 lg. potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
2 green peppers, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
4 boneless chicken breasts
Vegetable oil
4 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. melted butter

1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into slices and place on an 18 x 12 inch double layer of foil. Sprinkle with salt.

2. Add peppers and tomatoes.

3. Lay chicken on top of vegetables and brush with salad oil.

4. Mix catsup, oregano, and butter. Pour over chicken.

5. Wrap foil securely around chicken and vegetable.

6. Bake until tender at 400 degrees for 1 hour or grill 5 inches from coals for 25 to 30 minutes on each side.
