GREEN BEAN POTATO PIE 
1/2 lb. boiling potatoes
1 lb. green beans
2 egg whites
1 c. grated mozzarella
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. marjoram
1 9" round pan
Olive oil
Bread crumbs
1 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
Food processor

Wash potatoes and put unpeeled into cold water to boil. Rinse green beans, boil until tender. When beans are done put through food processor, as soon as potatoes are done, peel them and pass them through processor. Now mix in one bowl.

In second bowl mix eggs, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, pepper, marjoram, sour cream and ricotta. Now mix with potato bean bowl. Blend well.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pan with olive oil. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, turn over shake loose crumbs. Put mixture in pan, top with sprinkling of bread crumbs, over them a thin stream of olive oil. Bake 1 hour.
