3 c. cooked, cubed chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional) 1 soup can milk 1 Jiffy cornbread mix Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into baking dish. Mix Jiffy cornbread mix according to directions on the box. Pour over the chicken mixture and bake in 350°F oven until cornbread is golden brown. |
