HONEYDEW ICE 
1 med. honeydew melon
1/4 c. lime juice
1/3 c. honey
1/8 tsp. salt

Cut melon in half; remove seeds. Pare and cut melon into 1 inch pieces. Place 1 cup melon, honey, lime juice and salt in blender; cover and blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Add remaining melon and blend until smooth. Pour into ice trays; freeze until mushy, about 1 hour.
