HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. croutons
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped or slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup of the croutons and the cheese. Spoon into 6 (1 cup) baking dishes. Sprinkle with remaining croutons and the cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. 6 servings.
