1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 egg
1/3 c. of milk
1 c. of grated cheese
1 med. can of sweet corn
Lb. of ground beef

Mix cornbread according to directions on back.

Brown ground beef.

Mix cornbread mixture, ground beef, cheese, and corn. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
