MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 can cream style corn
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. grated cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cornbread mix, eggs, milk, and corn. Pour 1/2 mixture in a greased iron skillet. Add cooked ground beef and cheese. Pour rest of mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
