MEXICAN SALSA 
14 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 scallion with greens, chopped
1 tbsp. green chili peppers, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili pepper
1 tomato, diced (if available)
1 to 2 tbsp. hot sauce, if you like it hot

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Simmer 5 minutes longer. Cool and refrigerate. Great as dip with tortilla chips!
