BOURBON BALLS 
3 c. ground vanilla wafers
1 c. ground pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon or rum

Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls the size of an English walnuts. Roll in sugar. Serve with Christmas punch and eggnog.
