KENTUCKY BOURBON BALLS 
2 lbs. 4x sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. bourbon (100% proof)

Cream butter and mix all ingredients together. Chill overnight. Roll mixture into bite size balls. Chill again. Dip into chocolate mixture: 4 tbsp. butter 1 inch paraffin wax

Top each piece with a pecan half.
