GRAMMY'S WHIPPED CREAM ICING 
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla

In a leak-proof container, mix milk and flour; shake until well mixed. Pour mixture into a medium saucepan and cook slowly over low heat. Continually stir mixture. Cook until mixture is thick. There should be no lumps. Let cool completely.

In mixing bowl, cream butter and Crisco. Add sugar and vanilla. Add cooled flour mixture. Mix at high speed until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
