CHICKEN MARENGO 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 can tomatoes (I use puree)

Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Combine sauce mix with wine, pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours. Turn to high; add tomatoes. Cover and cook 30 to 40 minutes.
