CHICKEN MARENGO 
3 lbs. chicken, cut into pieces
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
4 tbsp. vegetable oilcan whole, peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. whole mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 c. white wine

In a microwaveable deep casserole, arrange chicken pieces which have been washed, dried, brushed with oil, and coated with the spaghetti sauce mix. Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Cover dish and cook on high for 15 minutes. Remove lid. Add 1 cup of white wine. Cover and cook on high for another 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
