BEER CHEESE SOUP 
2 (11 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. strong or light beer, room temperature
Crumbled snack crackers or popcorn
Chopped parsley

In medium saucepan, over low heat, combine soup, sugar, garlic salt, pepper and milk. Heat to simmering. Stir in beer. Ladle into mugs or bowls. Top servings with crumbled crackers or popcorn and parsley. 4-6 servings.
