SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. raisin bran cereal
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix 1/2 cup flour with brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in 1/4 cup butter until mixture is crumbly; set aside.

Mix 1 cup flour, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, the baking soda, baking powder and salt. Beat remaining 1/4 cup butter until light and fluffy.

Gradually beat in sugar. Add egg and beat thoroughly. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream, beating until smooth. Stir in cereal. Pour into greased 8" square pan.

Sprinkle crumb mixture over batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm. Makes wonderful brunch dish! Makes 12 servings.
