LOW CAL SPICED TEA 
1 c. instant tea
3 tbsp. sugar free Tang
1 tbsp. apple pie spice
1 pkg. kool-aid lemonade mix (sugar free)

Mix well. Use 1 1/2 tablespoons per cup. Add 3/4 cup boiling water. Each cup contains: 3 calories, gr..04 protein, gr..03 fat, gr..04 carbohydrates, o mil. cholesterol, gr..03 sodium.
