SPICED LEMON TEA | |
3 c. boiling water 6 tea bags 3 sticks cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg 2/3 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. cold water Juice of 3 lemons (about 1/2 c.) Ice cubes Pour boiling water over tea bags, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg; steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Stir in sugar, cold water and lemon juice; chill. Makes about 5 1/3 cups. |
