CREAMY COLE SLAW | |
2 carrots 1 sm. cabbage, cut into wedges 1 med. onion 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. vinegar 2 tsp. milk 1 stalk celery, cut into pieces 1/2 tsp. salt Using a food processor chop cabbage, carrots, onion and celery into desired texture and put into bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and blend. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir to blend. Refrigerate until serving. 6 to 8 servings. |
