CREAMY SWEET/SOUR COLESLAW 
2 qt. moderately finely grated cabbage
3/4 c. finely grated Bermuda or Spanish onions
2 med. carrots, peeled and grated
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss and mix thoroughly. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Stir well and serve. This slaw is even better the second day.
