4 c. pecans
2 tbsp. water
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice

Mix water, egg white, sugar, salt and spices. Let stand approximately 15 minutes. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Add pecans and coat evenly. Spread pecans on greased cookie sheet, bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir every 10 to 15 minutes to keep from sticking together.
