GEORGIA'S ROUND STEAK | |
1 1/2 lbs. round steak 1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix 1/8 c. chopped parsley 1 c. chopped celery 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 c. seasoned flour Add 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Cut steak in 1" cubes and dredge. Brown in butter. Make gravy according to directions. Remove from heat, add onions, parsley and celery to gravy. Pour over meat in large flat casserole. Pour tomatoes on top. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice. |
