RICH SALMON ROMANOFF 
1 c. green onion, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. liquid hot sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon (reserve liquid)
1 1/2 c. med. noodles
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter until onion is transparent; empty into large mixing bowl. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and salt. Stir in salmon liquid - flake and add salmon; mix lightly.

Cook noodles, drain; stir into salmon mixture. Turn into a greased ovenproof baking dish; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
