SALMON ROMANOFF (MICROWAVE) 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. egg noodles
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked (save liquid)
1 sm. can (or oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried garlic
Shredded Cheddar cheese or buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

Combine cooked noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, salmon, mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic. Fold into greased 3 quart casserole. Pour salmon liquid over top and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at Medium setting 10-13 minutes, or until heated through, stirring twice. Lift wrap, top with additional shredded cheese or crumbs, and sprinkle with paprika. Heat one minute more and let stand five minutes before serving. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
