SALMON ROMANOFF (Microwave) 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) med. egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can (16 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried garlic pieces
Shredded Cheddar cheese or buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

Set power at medium. In 3 quart casserole dish, combine noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, salmon, mushrooms, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire, salt and garlic. Heat, covered, 10 minutes, stirring twice. Top with Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes, before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
