RYE HAPPIES 
1 c. light rye flour
1 c. quick oats
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts; optional
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Grease bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan; beat eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth. Stir in dry ingredients; bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, cool. Cut in squares and dust with powdered sugar. A good healthy treat!
