1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. coconut 1 c. walnuts 2 tbsp. flour Vanilla Pinch of salt 1. Cream the butter with sugar. Add 1 cup flour. Mix well. 2. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes. 3. Then, beat 2 eggs until frothy (in a different bowl). 4. Add 2 cups brown sugar until thick. Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1 cup of walnuts. Mix. Add 2 tablespoons flour, then add vanilla and pinch of salt. 5. Spread this over first mixture. Bake about 20 minutes until brown. 6. Cool. Cut into squares. |
