BAKED CABBAGE 
Wilt cabbage in slated water. Drain. In casserole dish, alternate layers of coarsely chopped cabbage and grated cheese, ending with cheese on top. Beat 2 eggs and mix with about a cup of milk. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (until set).
