HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-3 sm. potatoes

Brown hamburger; drain fat. Add vegetable beef soup and cream of chicken soup. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Peel potatoes and slice.

In casserole dish put 1 layer of sliced potatoes then pour hamburger mixture to cover potatoes then another layer of potatoes then hamburger mixture. Continue until you have used all potatoes and hamburger mixture. Bake in oven on 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are done. Top with grated cheese for extra flavor.
